The Little Drummer Boy — Bob Dylan

Just when you'd given up on him, he comes back in the perfect key, with the perfect song, and sings it not just faultlessly, but with soul — Bob Dylan, backed by the Ditty Bops.

  1. Wow — didn’t expect that at all. She creates such a hushed intensity. Nice. Hadn’t really experienced Faith Hill before — now I think I have some understanding.

    Thanks Brian —

  2. Where did those lyrics come from? It’s beautifully sung, but not the song I know.

Reminds me I once ran into David Bowie while shopping for kitchen implements at the Beverly Center in the heart of commercial L.A. It was an utterly banal encounter and I didn’t talk to him (he was touting a certain device to a friend). Apparently there’s a site just for cataloging these sort of banal encounters but I haven’t been able to find it.
